An original dispenser toy for pet treats, ideal for entertaining and training animals in a fun and enjoyable way. This multifunction pet toy helps to stimulate and develop the animal’s senses, promoting and facilitating their learning (looking for food, eating slowly, obtaining a reward for obeying, etc.). The foods and treats (small pieces of food, biscuits, titbits, etc.) are placed inside the toy, which is shaped like a maze to make it more challenging to get the treats out and therefore extend the time of play. It features a control to adjust the size of the contents outlet hole, enabling a greater or lesser quantity to be released as desired. The top lid has holes so the pets can smell the food and treats inside. Its balancing system always keeps the toy upright. RETURNS POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at office@magsio.eu. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The products will be returned in Romania, the shipping cost being supported by the customer. You can always contact us for any return question at office@magsio.eu.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The products can be shiped with GLS or DHL. After the order confirmation you will receive the tracking information via email. The delivery times vary between 2 and 7 working days. The orders can be paid only by credit/debit card. The payments are processed by Stripe. The exact delivery costs are calculated at checkout depeding on the weight and location.
